The problem
Clinicians were finishing a full day of patient visits and then starting a second, unpaid shift: writing up the notes those visits generated. That backlog didn't just cost hours — it was one of the clearest drivers of burnout the clinic group's own staff surveys kept surfacing, and it was pushing experienced clinicians toward part-time schedules or leaving outpatient care altogether.
What we configured
Four capabilities on the same platform foundation, no bespoke build:
Where humans stayed
The Aktion Agent drafts. It does not sign. Every note the system produces sits in a review queue until the clinician who saw the patient reads it, corrects it, and signs it — the same standard of accountability as a note they typed themselves, just without the typing.

What came next
The clinic group is now piloting the same ambient-capture foundation for prior-authorization drafting, using the structured visit data the documentation flow already produces rather than re-collecting it from scratch.
